What should I check in a seller's quotation before accepting it?
Confirm that the quote identifies the product or scope you requested. Save any clarification that modifies the meaning of the written quote.
What should I do if the product seems different from its description?
Keep a record of when you noticed and reported the issue. Do not treat a generic promotional phrase as a precise specification without examining its context.
How can I decide whether this product meets my needs?
Review what is included so your decision covers the actual offer. Choose based on confirmed suitability rather than an expectation that missing information will turn out favorably.
